HOW ARE MY ORDERS PAID FOR?

Personal items must be paid for upon placing order using a personal credit or debit card OR PayPal account. You can safely and securely enter your card information within the online tool for a convenient checkout. FORCE America has partnered with PayPal for a secure transaction. Your credit card information is not stored in any web accessible form and is transmitted securely through PayPal.

DOES FORCE AMERICA SUBSIDIZE ANY APPAREL OR MERCHANDISE ORDERS?

At times FORCE America will provide Coupon Codes for discounted merchandise, special offers, etc. These can be used to fund a portion of your purchases. If your manager has approved items for business purposes, your manager may order along with special instructions of cost center to bill.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For your convenience, ShopFORCE America will offer FREE shipping on all orders. To help keep shipping costs down, whenever possible ship to your local office location.  We will do our best to use internal shipping methods such as transfer trucks, hand delivery at corporate offices, and group shipping to minimize FORCE America’s shipping expenses.

WILL THERE BE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?

No, sales tax will not be added to your order. Prices on Shop FORCE America already reflect any necessary tax.

HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION HANDLED?

FORCE America is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our employee owners and the security of your credit card and other financial information. We do not collect any personal information about you without your knowledge. Personal information is gathered when you complete the checkout process, such as shipping and billing address. This information is used to process your orders and store your order history. This information is never sold to anyone. Select information like ‘Ship To’ address is managed by FORCE America marketing personnel for administrative purposes only. 

DOES FORCE AMERICA INC. MAKE ANY MONEY OFF MY ORDER?

No, the Shop FORCE America store is not a revenue generator for FORCE America. The store is designed to be self-funding, making available branded apparel and merchandise to you the employee owner. The costs per item cover the cost of the item, order fulfillment, and shipping. Prices will be adjusted as needed to accommodate cost increases and decreases. 

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shop FORCE America includes both items that are in-stock and ready to ship, as well as, items that are special orders. Most items are in-stock and we will do our best to fill your order in a reasonable manner. If you have an in-hands date, please include in the ‘Special Instructions’ box during checkout. Special order items including most apparel may take up to 8 weeks to receive. Large quantity orders will also incur more time to assemble. For questions, contact PKirchoff@forceamerica.com.
